Access to Converge Cloud Solutions managed services, migration engagements, and disaster recovery platforms is governed by separate client agreements. Clients and their users must comply with their organisation's internal policies and access controls, as well as the acceptable use policies of Microsoft Azure and any other third-party platforms used in delivering the services. Users are solely responsible for account security (passwords) and the accuracy of information provided to us.

All intellectual property relating to Converge Cloud Solutions, including methodologies, frameworks, documentation, software tools, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Converge Group unless otherwise agreed in writing. The user is granted a limited right to use the intellectual property as set out in the client agreement. Users may not reproduce, reverse engineer, technically interfere with, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban a user under these circumstances without prejudice to any other rights we have at law.

Converge Cloud Solutions delivers services on Microsoft Azure and may utilise other third-party platforms and tools. Use of such platforms is also subject to the applicable third-party terms of service and acceptable use policies. Converge Cloud Solutions accepts no liability for any breach of such third-party terms by a client or user.

While every effort is made to update the information regularly and to offer the most current and accurate information, we accept no liability or responsibility whatsoever if any information is, for whatever reason, incorrect, inaccurate or out-dated. We accept no liability for interrupted availability and any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, which may arise from access to or reliance on the information contained on our website and associated platforms. No warranty is provided that any downloads or applications available are free of viruses which may have the potential to infect and corrupt your system.
